- Assistant Service
- Our experienced staff will meet you at the airport, train stations or ports, welcome you with your name board, help you board your vehicle and assist the way to your destination.
Assistant service is available in multiple languages, including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese (Mandarin) and Korean.
- Airport Transfer
- Depending on your budget, we will arrange various types of transportation including limousine bus, shuttles, trains, chartered cars and coaches.
- Chartered Cars and Coaches
- Any kind of transportation by chartered cars and coaches can be arranged. We can arrange different sizes and brands of cars depending on the clients’ needs.
- Public Transportation
- Feel free to contact NTA for an inquiry! We can arrange different kinds of tickets in Japan including trains, buses, ferries, domestic flights and also passes and any other special tickets.
We would also like to recommend JR Pass, which is a cost-effective pass for traveling in Japan! They allow unlimited travel on the entire Japan Railway (JR) network, including the Shinkansen (bullet train), JR ferries, and JR buses (exceptions apply).

- Luggage Transfer
- Luggage space is limited on bullet trains and other public transportation. We recommend clients to use our luggage transfer service to make their travel around Japan even more comfortable.
Same day delivery is available in many major cities - luggage will be picked up in the morning and arrive at your next destination by evening.
